Shipping policy

All clothing orders will be processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your package. Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days for delivery. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Free standard shipping is offered for orders over $80.

We ship internationally. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your local customs authority. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspection, bad weather or courier issues beyond our control. We are not liable for such delays.

If your parcel shows delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office first. Contact us within 14 days of delivery confirmation for lost package assistance. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we cannot reroute orders once shipped. For damaged items, send photos within 48 hours after receiving your clothing.
